Sabria

We know nothing of your world in a desert far from America, a world of darkness, of brutal dictators, of disease, of birth defects. Sabria we know nothing of your world, a world of thirst, hunger, of the wounded, dying, of dirty cots, missing doctors, of healing medicine denied. Sabria we know nothing of your world, a world of malnutrition, of burned, charred bodies. We know nothing of the crusted gauze stained with your blood, or the orphaned boy blinded by our bomb. Sabria your world is a distant, fleeting image as you lay with your head bleeding, pierced by the bullet from an M-16. Even as the last breath passes from your short and painful life, We know nothing of your world
