SEVERANCE

I feared the day would come You would grow weary of me Thinking it could be so different If only my emotions were not set free. Accidental happenings transpired Beside the journey of what began Never intending to constrain you I’ve lost an astute, find man. No future retained for healing Will happen among this course I alarmed you from inadequacy Never imagining I’d be the source. Assuming you could accept me Encircled by fright and horror I discovered I assembled full fear In you, the competent explorer. Forgive me for rendering our end My intent was to be restored and go on Instead I exhausted the succession Giving you reason to be withdrawn. My wish for you is peace A life filled with ultimate joy I’ll keep the promise I made Granting you serenity, never to destroy.
