Sunlight

While walking in dappled sunlight, I feel the touch of the shade of winter, In spring time come. To taunt us of our human frailties. Denying us our allotted god given span. Yet through the shadows, Rays of frail light shine. To tantalise and tempt us. That with a little courage, And fortitude of heart. A day will come When the buds will grow again. And I say to you make the most of that day. Because sometimes they are but few. Others are just memories of tommorrows that will never come. But sunlight will prevail this day, And the darkness will fail.
