What about it?

The white muslin sheet lay spread on a cold steel table. The body on it was spread eagle. A note attached. Give my eyes to those who cannot see My arms to those who kept me at length My mouth to my children who did not want to hear …and to my grandchildren who never heard it My legs to those that ran away from me My brains to my children who can’t understand My fingers to those so they could have more to point …and most of all – compassion Compassion and the ability to separate the colours The blacks from the whites And to travel on roads they dare not cross This is what I wish for my children I wish them love A love without boundaries A love without restrictions A love unequalled …and most of all a love that has no     parallels
