Strands Of Thought While I stroke these strands of thought I feel a knot and get caught Struggling within this nest My ends splitting as I quest To comb for ideas that Once built up don't fall down flat Something to set permanent Brushing with the heaven sent But in this mind so unkept Filled with tangles that have crept Where every path leads to rut I'll have my excesses cut |
