Black and White

Fluffy puffy clouds Hung like upside down mushrooms The raucous gulls from the sea Surrounded me with their beaks Each one shouted for my attention As I threw out left over taters From last nights meal These gulls recognized me Or at least I think they did For they come out of nowhere When they see me approaching Always knowing I will have goodies I’ve always wondered what they’d taste like Roasted on an open fire Would it be fishy or potatoey?
