Parrot at the Smog Shop

Why do you protest so loud you're safe cast in leafy shroud I'm only here for scant of time and must make haste soon to keep pace before noon still, you by your squawking have set my pen to walking staggarded lines fill each word by each proclaiming protest heard why now in mocking flight take wing to lead the crows to merry fling Perhaps hastening to neighbor tree I now know all your secrets sir I saw you leave from where you were

Additional Notes:
Went to get the car smogged. The owner has a parrot he allowes to fly free. This parrot sits in a blue oak tree in front of the shop and entertains patrons. I could not see him he blended so well, but I sure could hear him.
