A New Generation

Scurrying along like ants to sugar their dandelion heads popping up everywhere like a patchwork quilt The whipped cream dreams of youth- With high hopes and heavy hunger eagerly gulping life down- swallowing without chewing Their fantasies not yet faded dull with age their shortage of years leaving them pluckable still and yet unjaded Climbing quickly up  lifes' ladders with a flashing of arms and legs- carrying aspirations and ambitions in heart shaped baskets laden with eggs
