Anger Pulsing and throbbing Spinning and swirling Raging torrents of pain Consume every cell Of my being Jaw clenching fear Howling screams Terrified cries Ascend from the depths Of my soul Knots in my neck Lump in my throat Teeth grind together Blocking the feelings Of my past Eyes squeezed shut Hands over ears Curled in a ball To escape the sights Of my mind No words can describe The terror inside Behind which I hide Unacceptable rage Of my anger |

You have described it well.
I have been angry before, but only once as angry as you describe. I cannot image a regular place of that emotional distress. It would be disabling, so say the least.
I hope this is an aberration, and not a regularly face challenge.
I know you describe it well, and I would say that (in jest) only a woman could ever make me that mad- but then, you are a woman so that doesn’t work. Love makes me crazy anyway.
Mandie- a powerful piece, too powerful to contemplate often.
