Kay, I like the simplicity of this short poem. I really don't have any other feedback - I think it works as is. I like the visual picture of that hand I can reach for and grab whenever I want or need to. Thanks for sharing. Kim

Kay, This is good and starkly true and always desperately wanted and needed. You said it all. May the holiday magic come to you. Dellena

Excellent write. I too believe that with faith there is always hope that keeps us from complete despair. Love the word choice in this - "an unknown hand" - because we never know who or what will overcome our despair and keep us in a place where we are able to realize that all fear can be resolved in which ever manner suits us best. For me it is prayer - but I agree hope replaces fear instantly. Kudos on a wonderful poem, blessings, Deni

Kay, this is like the single penny alms, that is worth more than a million from a rich person. I do appreciate that you let the “faith” be personal without adding subtitles that would divide out the readers. Maybe faith is not personal, but the wielding of it is quite so. Mostly, your “partnership” which could take any number of philosophical and biblical references, singles out the whole of the experience- that beyond the objective to the subjective as well. Thank you very much for sharing this piece.
