Were that the bloody barb     tearing into a child Left its origin in mark     would it be bar code Sold some body of men     an efficiency lie The end justified the means     while agenda lay hidden Unless you read bar code

I like the dark edge to this work. I feel like this a war child type poem. The idea of a scare being a type of bar code is a stroke of genius.
