ENCHANTING SKY Weeping rains cleansing away
Tears of time from another day
Sun and clouds in their design
Bring hope to our changing time
Winds create our skies above
Surrence our hearts to love
Surrounding us with pageantry
Should we bow to this majesty
Mighty display of silent wonder
Looking up causes up to ponder
The sun warms our hearts so shy
This beautiful enchanting shy

I'm sure you already know that the last word ended up a typo. Otherwise, gentle descriptions of the usual, but abound with hope of a brighter tomorrow.

Paul you create a delicate feel
with this poem...gentle and soft
aura lends itself to your easy
read. I do have to ask, what the
word was that you were going for
in the second stanza line 2 (perhaps-insurance)?
In your last stanza, was the last word
in the last line suppose to be "sky"
and not "shy"? An enjoyable read.
Best always, Lora

I feel like I am looking at a worded art work from the Group of Seven. Your imagery here is so complete as if I were standing there witnessing the same sky. Beautiful.

Paul, I do love a constant, Love Me Do, beat. You started out slam bumppa bam! Towards the end you let you meter slide a little and lost that driving beat. S2L2, first word must be a typo, don’t know what it is. I think S3L2 the second up should be “us”.
Love stories, the pride and perpetuity of the poet. I enjoyed this read! I will say, stanza 1- powerful drive!
