Orphan

lamb's wool jammies matted down with tears rolling off a dirty cheek pine needles cling to split ends bloody, snotty nose missing teeth bruised ribs inflamed private parts dirty, dirty on your face and on your body Teddy bear has no eyes he couldn't see dirty, dirty in the woods torn underoos missing a shoe snuffling against a lamb's wool garment zip chuckle Man ruffles your hair he smells dirty, dirty licking his fat, juicy lips you poor little lamb  you're all alone Teddy bears don't bite Man will dirty, dirty in your mouth in his mouth callused fingers probe you sweat in his eyes curses bad words dirty, dirty close your eyes plug your ears sing a song to Teddy bear ouch don't cry bite your tongue blood in your mouth dirty, dirty bad smells scary noises no one to protect you no one to stop Man Teddy bear is sad dirty, dirty you poor, little lamb  orphaned abandoned you fell into the wrong hands dirty, dirty he's the Boogieman

jammies - a child's word for PJs underoos - underwear they had when I was young (they may still exist) that had superheros on them like Wonder Woman, Superman, Batman etc...
