COLLAPSE

A day without poetry is another tear shed to salt-sear the scars upon the essence I call my soul A day of shared emotions missed sorrow for the grieving and abused sympathy for the lost and torn laughter for the light and daft and lust with the brave and sensual A day when inner growth is stunted and the blossom I call 'myself folds in neglect of passions encased

Additional Notes:
My version to Kelly's excercise on 'A Day Without Poetry'. Thanks Kelly, it was fun, though I have to admit I jotted it on my way to the car to go to work! Then hurriedly ran back in and posted. (addict, addict, addict)
