I Miss You Now

I'm saturated by sadness  For your departed soul. From heaven you protected I didn't even know. Your son made me a bastard with it brought shame another man stepped in  and gave me his name. Secrecy kept me oblivious Till I was matured It wasn't till then That I was conferred. By then you had passed Without even a tear Shed for the grandfather That I now hold dear.
