Going, going, gone

"Sold, to the lady in the red hat". With a gentle nod I rose slowly, gliding stealth-like towards the back  to settle up for my precious acquisition. I felt a pirate trading plastic gold  for this quiet capture. Presenting my sword and seal of approval, I instantly scooped up my prize armed and ready, making for the door. There were no flashes of muskets  nor cannonball splashes or barks of thievery as this raider stole into the inky night sailing my spoils into a safe harbor.
