FREEDOM OF SPEECH

Freedom of speech is what we are all entitled to. To speak our mind, whether our views are false or true. As long as we live in America we are forever free, This is the way, forever it should be. You may not like, the words others write,  The words that seem to hurt, while others might excite. But as long as we are free, no one can ever control, These words are protected, for all us writers as a whole. Freedom of expression, feelings into words,  Sentences and paragraphs even if they seem absurd. Violent, vulgar, or racist, the words are still the same, Forever free, whether they make sense or are real lame. Two sides of the story, whatever words you read, They sometimes have two meanings depending on your creed. To some they are racist; to others it’s just the way they speak, So if you don’t like them when you listen, think before you seek, For scapegoats and for the cause, of the anger and the hate, Because it is not in the writing, which are just thoughts, whether bad or great. Reflection of society, that’s the way it will always be. If government will open their eyes, then they will see, That music and lyrics are here to stay forever till the end, And there is nothing they can do about it; this is the message I send.
