To my Mother You are my mother that gave me life, from the labour and pain to the day that I turned five. You put me in school so I could be tought, but from that day on the days flew By like never before. Know I am a teenager and the fun now starts, Disobedience and retaliation of a teenager know in full flight. I never took note of what you had said, About shy girls being easily misslead. Until the day that a lesson had come changed my life mum in more ways than one. I found it hard to understand not knowing if my mistake had been at gods hand. But know I am sixteen at the doctors door I stand, With you by my side holding my hand. You Knew what to expect when the doctor came out Morning sickness had a tendency of letting it all out. But you took it in your stride like a good mother would for this was my responsability and a child not denied. For I done the deed that I have to live, On my own for all to see. I lost all love that I had felt when wrong was done at fourteen, worse than hell its self But through this pregnancy that has begun I feel love, the thing I had shunned and lost. Know I can love again through the birth of my child for now I have been blessed. I thank you mum for your hours and days sentiments, love and praise. I love you mum from now until the end of my days. |
