Brumbies

They come from the mountains to gallop the plains bellow from the hot rugged outback to the Jindabine snows. These are Australian brumbies so strong in build and solid in stride, so use to the rugged conditions just right for you and I. To sell the foals at sale and leave the mares to breed would stop the slayings, of our Australian brumbies. We have the highland men who ride the mountains high could do the brumby run to bring the foals to you and I.

Additional Notes:
This poem I have wrote is about our wild australian horses. The government knows only to shoot the mares and leave the foals behind. But I think if the government hired some highland men to bring the foals in to sell at horse sales, they can then leave the mares to breed for the next year. this would stop the sleying of our horses so we can put them to good use. These foals are strong and reliable as the rest and broken inn could prove to be worth while to have on farms and as mounts.
