The Desert Piano

Digital lights bounce with a soft irridescent glow, across the warm black display like the tips of his fingers as they ran across the ivory keyboard. The music fell like raindrops through my soul,  lighting upon my heart and on senses it did linger eternally until the next note soared. Passions parlayed into the deep percussion of an inhuman speaker nonetheless spoke volumes of intensity in the depths of my chest. Reverberations of sound forming a cushion of solitude that within my mind stroked at my strings and soundboards best. Denument and Crescendo both strike deeply into me, echoeing in their bid for the control of the emotions I have so long squandered. The low note crashes and the high ones steeply warble as a tear falls tumbling from my very soul. My heart like a desert, too long empty and wandered.
