Little Nell

There in the orphanage was Little Nell, with no relationship anyone could tell. She was laying in her bed,  with her dolly cuddled by her head. Little Nell was thinking all alone, if she ever would live in a home. It seemed so very long ago, that she had a visitor she did know. On the roof the rain begin to beat, with the summer shower cooling the heat. Slowly she drifted into the land of dreams, where all things look very real it seems. Now a flutter of angel wings she could hear, and Little Nell opened her eyes as it drew near. There sitting on the end of the bed, was an angel with a halo around its head. "You are never alone Nell I am always near, and I have a message with me here." "It comes from the Heavenly Father above, he is sending a couple that is full of love." "No longer will you be here all alone, for they are coming to take you home. When you awake to the morning sun, the first visitors you see will be the one. Get all packed is what you have to do. and don't forget to bring the dolly with you. So Little Nell drove off with all of her things, as she felt the breeze of the angel's wings.
