Owlbituary

There was a great raptor murdered in Maine, shot down in cold blood, by the wardens of game.       They said he was suspect in the snatching of pets. Shouldn't these wardens have known about nets?       Just one question needs to be asked. Why did they have to lock, load, and blast?           The owl had terrorized the whole neighborhood, he had murdered a dog, he was simply no good.       Why not relocate him in some wilderness? Must have been easier to kill him I guess.       Surely a better home could be found, instead of him lying, dead on the ground.
