Father of Life

Father of all life, child of the mist born from the darkness of eternity. You stand alone among your brothers, presiding over a task that only you could accomplish. Giving rise to a world of life, a world of sentient thought. Where the creatures flourished in their newborn home. But you could not have foreseen the troubles they would cause on their rise to masters of their world. They are reckless, destructive but yet ingenious and intuitive at the same time. You watch them closely, continually providing them the substance they need to live. But soon they will over step their bounds, and infringe upon your brothers domain, and a war will pursue. What then, father of life, what then will you do?                                                         "The sun is exceptionally beautiful                                                          today.  I wonder why?"                                                         "Did you not hear?  It has begun to die."
