Silver Dawn

Driving into the sun as it melds with the landscape a bright blur to befuddle me The flames lick out I am consumed chilled forever by her icy glare hidden by the embrace of fire   I reach into myself seeking familiar anguish to find the pain subsiding for that wizard's way of claiming my victimized soul seems lost to me it is out of reach and my mastery of self is denied   Seeking a hidden passageway of torments unpurged finding dusted out corners as I heal what is left to fill me? will more heartache come or will the love in my heart spill running like mercury through my veins filling me with silver saving me from the sun
