WHAT ELSE IS THERE?

I hate guns, violence, and war      Where did that ever get anyone? I hate injustice      What did self - righteousness ever prove? I hate rednecks      Why don't they just keep it to themselves? I hate racism      I repeat, where did that ever get anyone? Maybe I "should" tone it down      and instead say, "dislike". Yeah! That's it - I dislike! And what about the flip - side you may ask? I love cuddling with my grand - daughter      for she's so innocent. I love the smell of the air after lightening      'cause everything is so fresh and pure. I love peace and tranquility      for it's a refuge from the maddening crowd. I love fresh flowers      for it gives me a sense of re - birth. I love honesty and sincerity      What more can I ask of my fellow man? And finally I love life, and I want to "keep on truckin' "      'Cause what else feels so good? Someone once said, "Love, life, and the pursuit of happiness      got it right. Can I tone that down? That word love?      Given in its purest form, given in Agape      Love means unconditional. And if you don't get that      Then you don't get anything! Love is all there is, love, love, love      "Love is all there is". {With thanks to Paul McCartny for the last lines}
