True Wealth.

Should true wealth be a measure of ones money or ones land, or is its measure in the gentle touch of your child's small hand? Should true wealth be a measure of ones power or ones fame, or is its measure in a lover's voice softly whispering ones name? Is its measure in the rewards we reap or a mother's loving caress as she lays her child down to sleep? Is it measured by that helping hand extended kindly to the poor or that soldier's life bravely given so that peace may long endure? Long have I traveled this world around. Friend, allow me now to share the secret I've found. There is but one measure of life's true wealth. It will be found in the measure which one gives others of themself.
