Believing Theories

I am afraid to let you in,      Everything seems perfect; Who am I kidding? Shouldn't I be able to trust you?      You were there through the worst tragedy; You're still here now. Still living in the past,      Prevents living now. I don't want to be the fool. So we stare at each other,      And you know better. While I remain stubborn. That's why I can't trust you!      You have the knowledge, And lack the action. I believe in my theories.      It will keep me safe, I hope...
