Can You Hear Me?

I want to tell you I want you to understand But ... Can you? You ask me why? What makes this different? I want you to know Shhh ... Listen! Do you hear it? The cry of death Screaming from above I know that sound Do you? Can you? Do you feel my terror? The mad moment of impact All three laid there They called ... again and again Mommy, mommy please, mommy They bled, they slowly died I want you to know He also died ... Pieces of him He was my friend I am but a child David died, we killed him Us ... Not them I need to tell you Part of me died Does it matter? Don't ask me why I am different I did the best I could I tried, God, I really tried I want you to understand We all want you to know We were eighteen We tried ...
