Heroes All

We are going into combat today, I'm gonna try to make Dad proud they say. Fields are saturated with soldiers blood, The helmets, boots and rifles lie in mud. All hell breaks loose, chaos everywhere, I'm frightened yes, but this we share. The battles roar in the enemies calm. Oh God! I have been hit, I'm dying Mom.
