#59 You Just Had to be There

Experiencing or recording the visual moment. Decide the truer value, primary experience or secondary recall. You can't have both. Sunrise, sunset, fall colors, smile, touchdown. One primary experience equals how many photographs. Certainly not equivalent...To capture the moment is to lose the experience. Framing, including, excluding, highlighting. Trying to enhance the natural experience. Trying to record it  better than God is doing it right now. Is tinkering with creation a rewarding experience? Is that like doctoring the records?  Technologically produced personal delemma from this photographer's point of view.
