Summons

Travelers departing to a distant kingdom It amazes me, the flight of geese Who writes their schedule No matter where or what I'm doing, that sacred call,  it draws me; it touches me and blankets me with awe I fix my eyes and cup my ears to drink it in--sweet wine And of man, journey--spirit departs.

Additional Notes:
The lack of some punctuation in the body of the poem is how I wrote it. Thanks
