We All Make Mistakes

How can I put to words      what my heart feels for thee- When words can nowhere compare      to what you've given me? You came into my life      right out of my prayers, Your soul carries inner beauty      with which no one compares! Why then can't I learn      to just keep things as they are? Don't I realize when I have it good,      or when I've gone too far? I AM TRULY SORRY,      For we all make mistakes- And the meaning behind an apology      lies in the courage that it takes... For a heart is not valued      by with who it compares; A heart's true worth lies      in just how much it cares! Christopher T. Moore March 21, 1990
