To You - A Birthday Wish Is Made

To Rah, may the sweat of regret that traces down your face be sweet within its flow to day, sugarcoating dawn’s aureole with a golden glaze of hope anew to show to night, I pray the man in the moon cluster close with beams of tiny stars to wisely shine to ward, the bars that block the bewared safely bound beyond the chamber-held shrine to ken, making known the treasured trinkets trimmed in gold that lies within the heart to tally, reckoning the wrong of empty songs with due reward from chords unjustly scored  to morrow, bring forth the joy of yet another day wherein your chest hope's restored to me, go pass the larger work beyond the page of yellowed dreams where perhaps lips may lean to get her, with an enzymatic kiss that will make tipsier toes pirouette on the air of a nimbus ring
