Skips Ride

It was misty in the morning in the meadow that he knew, He'd watch the sun rise slowly while birds sang as they flew, A lazy wind would start to blow as he would start to ride, An angel on his shoulder now would be his only guide, Up he rode on feathered wings among the clouds to heavens gate, God stood before him arms outstretched for him, there was no wait, Now his smile is our sunshine and his laughter is our rain, God has seen to everything for now, there is no pain.
