Two Souls Apart I shall ever be a wondering soul for I will ever be in this universe complete. I have pleaded with all my heart that maybe one day you will hear the anguish within my soul calling out to you. It yearns for you to be near but I have come to realize you will never be mine. Please do not turn away for you are a part of my life a part of who I am now. But if it means that these eyes shall look upon you for the last living days of my life I gladly will take such offering for the sake of remembering you again and then to forget you once more my love. In life I shall forever have your love within my beating heart and even after death I shall keep a kingdom for you in my soul because I will always love you till the end of time. Oh, how I wish to keep these memories of you and to have them remain imprisoned in my soul because never in one's existence shall we find the same love twice. Yet, deep down my soul awaits till we are together again but I have no more tears to ease my sorrows knowing for the very first time it shall be my last to feel or touch your warm flesh in my loving embrace again and that we will live separate lives among the living. |
