A Frozen Heart

Cautiously, unseen to most eyes close, a hesitant heart embarks to surrender. Concealed emotions now stretch new boundaries, allowing constrained senses to be revealed.  Warmth now joins cold in modest measures, melting frigid accounts of preceding times. Resistance dares to cease progression, though burning desires will not be congealed. Seasons soon warm, melting every past sorrow, deliberate debate becomes her friend.  Fears enmesh, enclosed in similar coldness, while the radiance of releasing will thaw her heart.
