Courage

Walking on new paths searching for dragons, imperative to master the beast's remains. Obstacles of horror with perils to possess, capturing courage can conquer corrupt creatures. The process is delayed when doubt appears,  suspecting to steal the truth you’ve found. Next comes guilt extracting all peace,  snatching sole serenity securely seized.   Shortly surrender follows, conceding to pain, enticing the spirit to submit its soul. Stand alone? You’ll soon need to lean on another, bringing back bravery, betrayed, but believed. Courage is a muscle you exercise each day, as other intruders will attempt to seduce.  Feel your own pain, allow strength to survive, Love liberates leaving life long liaisons.

Additional Notes:
A poem on the courage it takes to live. A different way of looking at how we need each other to survive in this world.
