Broken Motivation The dream has laid down on the board walk, above a quilted sky line. The view is a breaking line across the crease of hope and the symmetry is off. The friendly smiles all seem to be just a look of regret and wouldn’t you like to share that. Wouldn’t you like to see laughter, come from a frown, with a crack of happiness. Swallow this misery for the dilapidated. Giving a chuckle for the confessions of so many timid walk aways. The dream has laid down below this light falling from a stare drowning in sad songs. Above all the drowning clouds and stars with their wishes. The view is claiming the swift decline across the board till the cease of, wanting to be surrounded by life. Wandering if it’s possible to step out tonight and if it is believable to find a better half. If it could even come down to a single seeing a signal and coming of the line. A spring in a step but it just wouldn’t react that way. It couldn’t dream any better than this! This dream has laid down over a gaping hole above a ray of light to confine, and the view is breaking... across social lacks. I fear that I can’t catch up. Tired of dreaming about the handful, still trying to believe in the willful! |
