DAWN

Sometimes deep within my soul The recess of my mind I settle down to take a nap And let my life unwind I see the years before you came As trial and error and pain As darkest night and darkest clouds And deep dark frozen rain I searched without I searched within I searched my being whole I gave up hope and gave up dreams Let go my only goal But then a smile a kiss a touch A wonderous love abound I never dreamt upon this earth  Such happiness I've found I thank you now for all you"ve done The morning light will shine  Yes with the dawn will rise the sun For God has made you mine
