To Purport

Shadow boxing with words Words within, words without You see what I write      Yet you don’t see You see the same words      Yet you don’t understand Words are ensconced, hidden deeply Some can pretend to understand      And want the throne Others just want to be      That’s all … just want to be Not meant to be understood      At all Your religion, my religion All from the same start Yet the enigma palls us Thousands of religions      profess to know IT      To have the answers From the same book Different meanings I’ve often wondered why But then, “why” cannot be answered Just stick around Maybe someday there will be (answers) ‘cause all roads lead to the same place Maslow knew that!
