Coming Into A Room (A Copenhagen Interpretation) I've noticed that I'm hesitant When first coming into a room. Something about my absence there That my presence need not consume. It’s as if I were intruding, Having failed at the social art. Intrusion is not my nature, I'm more of a voyeur at heart. Or maybe it intrudes on me Because it is equally true, That you change the rooms you enter As much as they change you. |
