Hello there, thanks for reading my poem. Currently I have just the one poem on file. I'm not typically a writer, that one just jumped into my head one day at work and just kept going. I'm usually too much a perfectionist to write, but I think this poem already existed somewhere and I just "found" it rather than wrote it. The second part started out as merely an afterthought and ended up being just as personal to me as the first part. A bit about me, I'm 25, born and bred in Texas, and shipping out to be a brainiac for the Navy the day after I'm writing this, so I may not get to the critiques for quite a while, but I appreciate them all the same.
