Hi folks I'm a 39 year old male who hails from the great state of Texas. Dallas more
specifically.But for then past seven years I have been living in the din of sin
known as Las Vegas Nevada.I don't drink smoke or gamble so you may wonder why I'm here,
well there's only two things that I do with any fair amount of consistantcy.One is writing
poetry, the other is cooking I love it!! I am the lead chef in the oldest resturant in the
city.That being Bob Taylor's original Ranch House 45 years of the best mesquite grilled
steaks.It takes a lot to run an establishment of this nature which leaves little time
for me to indulge in my other passion.But because of this site I now have an avenue to be
creative again!!!
