Even though I'm 54 years old, I've only been writing poetry for a very short time. Though my poetry is very primitive, compared to others, I find great enjoyment in the challenge. I find I tend to gravitate to the romantic aspect of writing, and some tends to be a bit dark. I enjoy sharing what I write with others, and I'm looking forward to some honest criticism, to perhaps improve my skills. I find myself writing more at high points in my life, or low points in my life.
