I'm the leader for the Southwest Florida Poetry Alliance. I publish a monthly
newsletter which is mailed to 105 poets in SW Florida and 25 around the world,
plus 60 which are distributed at five businesses where we have open mike poetry
readings. I emcee two of the readings. Other poets emcee the other three. I
will be happy to send anyone a copy of the newsletter absolutely free. Just

Sometimes I teach poetry classes at local libraries, schools and universities.
I love sharing poetry and listening (reading) other people's poems.
Every so often The Royal Institute of Literature, Music, Arts and Cinematography
and our alliance put together a gala poetry reading at our local Barnes & Noble
Booksellers bookstore where poets come from all over the world to read their poetry.
Non English poets read in their own laguage, then interpret it or have someone
else read an interpretation. What great events those are.
