Having failed every type of poetry writing, I never tried to write until about 6 years ago. I am 57 years old, with 7 grand children. When rhymes came I was shocked, and now only write what my brain tells me I must. I have no personal control over the inspiration of a poem. I do have trouble finding the end, which is why my poetry is usually too long to read. I'd like to see what others think of it.
