Searching It is because of you that I knelt on my priedieu, with mind melt in meditation. I longed to soar with my angel only to find the place, where I could see the reflection of your sheen. It is because of you that I plunged to the deepest gamut of my emotion, with heart almost drowned. I yearned to sail on my kayak to find a way of pacifying the humongous waves, raging against the silence of time. Amidst all barriers, I started off with a bang. I took up the gauntlet not minding the risky faces of venture. I wended over the road of hesitation like a fly with direction uncertain, catching the flashes of my dream. I go off the deep end into the horizon looking after reality. |

It has been said that all human progress is made by one person who believed passionately in what they were doing, and another person who believed passionately in them. This poem reminds me of that sentiment, and two people who have done this together. Taking risks is clearly stated here, and "looking after reality". This is an interesting phrase, as it implies two things at once- looking for reality, and looking after it- as if caring for it. This is a marked contrast to those who feel like hunting down and killing reality.
