Winds of Change

These winds are ever changing Seeking Searching On and endless journey And yet Never passing the same way twice Finding Knowing A new encounter will always be Becoming calm Pausing Listening to itself What is to be What is to say What has been said These winds are ever changing

Very true Michael.......winds come and go as do people we know and love.......some stronger then others....interesting how you have put the two together .....Seeking, Searching On and endless journey the good times, the sad times, the comforting ways........good form, nice word flow, images and emotions filled in as one stops and reflects on both winds and life. God Bless, Claire

Michael...What a wonderful analogy, and so perfectly penned! Elegant in all its simplicity. No unneeded jargon to clutter the intense thought this provokes. Such a depth of meaning in these few well chosen words. The last 4 lines carry such impact, driving the point of this directly home in the reader's mind. Thanks for sharing this gem with us, my friend. I so enjoyed the read! Always, Mary

Michael, Your poem reads with clear imagery and stimulates a provocative realisation of the most profound nature of love and life. That is to says, they are constantly changing and it is our hope that those vasilations are more to our liking , than not. Ever seaching for answers. Throughout our searching we find calm and sometimes peace. And sometimes we get only one chance, as you wrote, " never passing the same way twice. I like you poem. My only suggestion would be for you to consider lengthening your poem.......I want more. Thanks you, My best, Paul
