Another Spring

We always think of flowers  in Springtime and fields of grass and sunshine Yesterday  I sat against a building sipping  gourmet coffee basking in the city sun Pretty damn Spring-like

Sounds like you completely enjoyed that moment; good for you! Nice short write; exposing a relaxing moment that gave you so much pleasure. It's moments like those we should focus on and do more of each day. Looks like someone has Spring fever; good write. blessings, Deni

Kenneth, Glad you're not into a snow cave. Outside in the sun for everyone! In my airea the sun barely shows through all the chem trail clouds. It's horrible to be sun less and yet that's whats happening. The sun affects moods and everything seems so lifeless. I need a shot of sun, badly. Good job Dellena

Point taken! (smile) Our reality and the symbols we have been brought up with of Spring sometimes clash as do all the others. Put that damn coffee down and get yourself out of that city. Go run in the flowers and sunshine, I as one intend to.

And here I sat in Tully feeling the same warmth from the sun above......nice picture you created with the flow of your words....I do so look forward to the spring flowers pushing through yet we still have snow remaining in Tully.....actually the aroma of your coffee was pretty nice too as you basked in that sunshine. Hope you are well, this flu had got me down.....I do need spring and warmer weather. God Bless, Claire

Hi Kenneth, Good to see another post from you. I'm sure all of us who post would like to have some feedback from you as well...even if it is a line or two. As to the poem, it did leave me wanting more in terms of imagery and unique edge though your celebraion of spring does shine through it. Loong forward to more of your poems. Duane :-)
